DREAMTALE Singer Quits
April 10, 2005Vocalist Jarkko Ahola has left Finnish metallers DREAMTALE. Ahola's official statement regarding his departure reads as follows:
"I am sad to announce that I have to step aside from DREAMTALE. My time is totally taken by another band called TERÄSBETONI. Therefore I think it's not fair for the rest of the band that they can't do what they do the best: play live shows. So, in this situation it's better for all of us someone else to take my place in this great band. I wish the best for all of you — the band and you readers. It has all been my pleasure.
"And it's possible that we will be playing together again, someday..."
DREAMTALE's third album, "Difference", was released earlier this month via Spinefarm Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Ocean's Heart" was recorded at Timo Tolkki's (STRATOVARIUS) Goldenworks studio with Tolkki producing and was mixed at Finnvox studios by Mikko Karmila.
